At the gateway to the Beaujolais wine route, in a region renowned for its gastronomy, we are recognized as Maître Restaurateur and Member of the Culinary College of France. Our chef, Nicolas Moreau has many assets to propose excellent cooking. Depending on the seasons, it's a real festival of flavors and colors that awaits. He pays particular attention to the freshness and origin of the produce which he selects very carefully. The fish are certified wild or organic and the organic bread is made traditionally with manual kneading and wood fire cooking. This authentic and tasty "homemade" cooking, can be chosen from two menus, the gourmet menu or the very gourmet menu declined in 7 "surprise" dishes according to the season and the chef’s inspiration. It is comfortably installed in our nice dining room with felted and elegant looks or on our large terrace cradled by the shade of its plane trees centenaries, in good weather that you will enjoy your gourmet break.
